Welcome to Tamada Tours. By booking any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Tamada Tours. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email.
1.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the tour start date.
1.3 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
1.4 Currency Fluctuations: Prices are fixed at the time of booking and will not be affected by subsequent currency fluctuations.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total tour cost
- 30-60 days before departure: 30% of total tour cost
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
2.2 Cancellation by Tamada Tours: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, but we are not liable for any additional expenses incurred.
3. Travel Documents and Insurance
3.1 Passports and Visas: You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for travel to Georgia. Tamada Tours can provide guidance but is not responsible for visa rejections.
3.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. Tamada Tours is not liable for costs resulting from lack of insurance.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Medical Conditions: Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the tour being unsuitable.
4.2 Physical Requirements: Some tours involve moderate physical activity, including walking on uneven terrain and climbing stairs. Please ensure you are physically fit for the activities included in your tour.
4.3 COVID-19: We follow all local health guidelines and regulations. Requirements may change; travelers must comply with all current entry requirements and health protocols.
5. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
5.1 What's Included: Unless otherwise stated, our tours typically include accommodation, specified meals, transportation within Georgia, entrance fees to listed attractions, and services of an English-speaking guide.
5.2 What's Not Included: International flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips and gratuities, optional activities, and meals not specified in the itinerary are not included.
6. Changes to Itinerary
6.1 By Tamada Tours: We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the tour itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide comparable alternatives.
6.2 By Traveler: Requests for changes to confirmed bookings will be accommodated where possible but may incur additional fees. Changes are subject to availability.
7. Liability and Responsibility
7.1 Limited Liability: Tamada Tours acts only as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by these third parties.
7.2 Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. Tamada Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7.3 Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any traveler from a tour if their behavior is deemed detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of other participants. No refund will be provided in such cases.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 During the Tour: If you have any complaints during your tour, please inform your guide or Tamada Tours representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
8.2 After the Tour: Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the tour completion date. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.
9. Photography and Marketing
By joining our tours, you consent to Tamada Tours using photographs or video footage taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the tour starts.
10. Force Majeure
Tamada Tours is not liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or pandemics.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Georgian courts.
